This notice is provided to all field employees during onboarding and is posted at each construction site. It describes the company's automated attendance line and how employees consent to receive text messages from it.

To report an absence or late arrival, text this number. You always start the conversation — the attendance assistant only replies to messages you send. By texting the attendance line you agree to receive automated conversational reply messages about your attendance report.

Frequency varies by conversation (typically 3–6 messages per report). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact your site office. Consent is not a condition of employment benefits; you may always report absence by calling the line or contacting your supervisor directly.

Program description

The Crew Attendance Line is an internal, employee-only service. It sends no marketing or promotional content. All outbound text messages are conversational replies within a session the employee started. Expected volume is under 1,000 messages per month across the workforce.
